Metal Fabrication

The metal fabrication department handles the needs of modifying a vehicle for specific needs. Our head machinist is Bill Willhelm of Black Iron Choppers. When it comes to technical machining or critical welding he is the guy we go to. Most other small projects are handled by Josh Bourassa or Jason Rohr.

-Custom Handlebars

-Fender trimming

-Tank Stretching

-Frame Modification

-Small machined parts, steel, aluminium, stainless, brass, plastic.

-Billet Raked Triple Trees

-Custom mounting brackets, widgets, etc.
